Tomorrow is Thursday, our day to bring back our home reading books. This Thursday will be our last home reading day. No new books will go home tomorrow. Please take a look around the house to find these books and sight words and return them. Students who bring their reading books in tomorrow and read to our parent volunteers will get a reading goal bravo badge.

June 20 (our last half day of school for this year) will be a fun day for primary students! We will have stations set up outside and in the gym and we are needing some extra hands to make this morning a success. If you are able to come and help run a station (all supplies and instructions will be provided for you) please let me know. Students will rotate in groups of 10 – 12 through all the stations. You would be teaching and supervising the same activity to each group that rotates through your station. If this sounds like something you would enjoy, please let me know!
Miss Doerksen has been team teaching with Mrs. Goosen and Mr Hancock this year in the intermediate department. She will be following God’s call on her life to the mission field where she will teach in a school in Niger! We would love to help provide her with some funds to set up her classroom when she gets there and in order to do so, the intermediate department is hosting a bake sale on June 14.
They will have donuts and cupcakes for sale for $1.00 each at recess, lunch and after school.
