Hi Families! Yesterday your child came home with a home project in their folder. Your child’s assignment is to, with your help, or the help of other family members, disguise the paper turkey to save it from being eaten for Thanksgiving. If you aren’t sure how to go about that, or are looking for some inspiration, feel free to google search “Turkey in disguise” for some ideas. Pinterest is full of them! Disguised turkeys are due back to school on October 13 and students will be given an opportunity to show their work to the classmates and tell a bit about what they did to keep their turkey safe.
